Guide
What to check before you register
Published September 14, 2026 · Updated September 14, 2026

Check the operator’s identity, licence, and account terms before you register or deposit. This guide is not legal advice, and completing the checks does not make gambling safe.
OKS999 Casino does not take deposits, run games, or pay winnings. Live play is on OKS999, so carry out these checks on that site. This page does not certify its licence.
1. Who operates the site
Find the legal company behind the OKS999 brand. Check the footer, About page, Terms, and Privacy policy, and write down:
- Legal entity name (not only “OKS999”)
- Company or registration number
- Registered address
- The exact domain in the contract (game.max876.com or a variant)
- A support email or ticket URL that is not a social-media form
Then search that company in the corporate registry for the country on the address. The names on the terms, the payment descriptor, and the registry row should match.
Walk away if the terms are missing, the only identity is a brand name, the address is a mailbox with no company number, or the legal name changes from page to page.
On 14 September 2026, the public OKS999 homepage was a JavaScript app with “OKS999” as its HTML title and description. The inline config listed USD and the countries Mexico, the United States, and Ghana. The static source contained no legal entity, licence number, or terms. Check the in-app footer and documents after the lobby loads, before depositing.
2. How to verify a licence
A seal, badge, or “licensed casino” line on a marketing page is not verification. Open the regulator’s own register.
- Copy the company name and any licence number from the operator footer or terms.
- Search the register for that company, not only the brand.
- Confirm the licence is active (not surrendered, suspended, or expired).
- Confirm the authorised domain list includes the URL you will use.
- Confirm the licence type is a player-facing (B2C) gaming service, not only a B2B software supply licence.
Official starting points:
- United Kingdom: UK Gambling Commission public register
- Malta: MGA licensee register (search also at mgalicenseeregister.mga.org.mt). A genuine MGA seal should open on an
authorisation.mga.org.mtverification page. - Philippines: PAGCOR accredited operator and domain lists, not a third-party “PAGCOR casinos” blog.
- Curaçao: Curaçao Gaming Authority licence registry, not a pre-2024 master-sublicence badge copied as an image.
- United States: your state gaming regulator (for example New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement or Michigan Gaming Control Board). A foreign licence does not authorise real-money play in a U.S. state that requires its own permit.
If the company, number, status, and domain do not line up, do not deposit while you “sort it later.”
On 14 September 2026, we did not find OKS999 as a named licensee on the UKGC public-register search page we loaded. We also could not match the brand to a published MGA or PAGCOR entry from public HTML. These checks were incomplete and do not establish whether the operator holds a licence. Verify the company and domain through the relevant register before sending money.
3. Identity checks, withdrawals, limits, and fees
Copy the cashier and terms sections into your own notes. Do not rely on a homepage promise of “instant” payouts.
Look for:
- When KYC starts (registration, first deposit, or first withdrawal)
- Which documents are required (photo ID, address, payment-method proof)
- Whether the account, ID, and withdrawal method must be the same person
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal
- Daily, weekly, and monthly caps
- Pending time after a request is approved
- Fees, FX markups, and whether withdrawals must return to the source of the deposit
- Crypto or e-wallet rules, if those methods appear
Identity checks are normal. Surprise checks that start only after a large win, with no written list of documents, are a reason to stop.
A pending timer in the cashier is the number that matters, not an ad. If the terms allow extra review “in our sole discretion” with no outer limit, assume the hold can stretch.
4. Bonuses and wagering
Bonus offers have contractual terms. Before opting in, check that the promotion states all of the following:
- Wagering multiple (for example 30× bonus, or 30× deposit plus bonus)
- Which games contribute, and at what percentage
- Maximum bet while the bonus is active
- Expiry
- Maximum convertible winnings
- Whether the bonus can be forfeited if you request a withdrawal early
Skip the offer if any of these terms is missing or you cannot calculate the required turnover. Check the contribution table: crash games, grid games, and some slots often contribute little or nothing toward wagering requirements.
5. Complaints, self-exclusion, and help
Use this order:
- The operator’s written support channel, with a ticket number.
- Any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or regulator complaint form named in the operator’s terms.
- Your payment provider’s dispute process, if the deposit method allows it.
OKS999 Casino’s inbox ([email protected]) is only for corrections on these pages. Do not send IDs, passwords, or card numbers here.
Self-exclusion and limits, if the operator offers them, live in the account or responsible-gaming menu on OKS999. A local scheme is stronger than a site-only toggle:
- United States: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER; National Council on Problem Gambling
- Great Britain: GamStop and BeGambleAware
- Elsewhere: search your health ministry or gambling regulator for the local problem-gambling service
This site is for adults 21+. If licensed real-money play is illegal where you live, do not register. A VPN does not make a blocked market lawful.
Checklist you can reuse
Print or copy this list and fill it from the operator site, not from memory.
- I am 21+ and real-money play is legal where I am.
- Legal company name, number, and address are written in the terms.
- That company and domain appear as active on the regulator’s own register.
- KYC timing, documents, and name-matching rules are written down.
- Withdrawal min/max, caps, fees, and pending times are written down.
- If I take a bonus, wagering, weighting, max bet, expiry, and cap are written down.
- I know the operator support path and, if named, the ADR or regulator path.
- I know how to set a limit or self-exclude, and I have a local help number.
If any row stays blank, do not deposit until it is filled.
How we checked
Checked 14 September 2026. Public OKS999 HTML and inline window._config only. No player account, so we did not read logged-in terms, cashier screens, or a licence footer that appears after login. Regulator links above go to official registers, not to this site’s opinion of a licence.
Game notes for Aviator, Mines, Fortune Gems 2, Charge Buffalo, and Pragmatic Play slots are separate. They describe studio rules. They are not a substitute for this checklist.
FAQ
Does a licence logo in the footer prove the casino is licensed?
No. Open the regulator’s own public register and match the company name, licence number, status, and approved domain. A graphic that does not open an official verification page is advertising.
Can I withdraw before finishing identity checks?
Usually not. Most cashiers freeze a first withdrawal until KYC matches the account name, address, and payment method. If the operator will not say when checks start, treat that as a reason to wait.
What if I cannot calculate a bonus’s real cost?
Skip the offer. If wagering, game weighting, max bet, expiry, and cap are not all written in the promotion terms, the headline number is not a usable figure.
Does OKS999 Casino handle account complaints?
No. This site only publishes notes. Account, deposit, and payout issues belong on OKS999. Email here is for corrections to our pages.
