Fortune Gems 2 is a JILI Games video slot (TaDa Gaming skins exist for some markets). It is a 3-reel, 3-row game with five paylines plus a fourth special reel that only holds multipliers and a Wheel symbol.

Special symbols and how wins are built
Wild (golden mask / Garuda-style mask): substitutes for regular symbols on the three main reels. It is also the highest line symbol in the usual table.
Gems (red, blue, green) and royals (A, K, Q, J): three-of-a-kind on a payline, left to right.
Special reel: only multipliers and WHEEL. The centre position is the one that counts. Every line win on that spin is multiplied by the landed multiplier.
JILI’s product page states the win formula as:

Lucky Wheel: WHEEL in the special-reel centre starts one wheel spin. The published prize set is 1x, 3x, 5x, 8x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 30x, 50x, 100x, 200x, or 1000x of the bet. That is an instant award, not a free-spin round.
Extra Bet
Extra Bet is a higher cost per spin, not a bonus. You pay 50% on top of the base bet. In return, JILI’s rules remove the 1x stop from the special reel (so the lowest multiplier in normal mode is gone) and upgrade WHEEL to a red wheel whose prize can be multiplied by 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, or 15x.
If the Extra Bet button is missing, the operator has not enabled it. Do not assume the 50% surcharge.
